Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation (NYSE: PVH), today announced that it has entered into a long-term strategic licensing arrangement with CK 21 Holdings Pte., Ltd. for 'cK Calvin Klein' products in select countries in Asia, including China. The agreement with CK 21 covers men's and women's bridge sportswear, men's clothing and furnishings, women's and men's dress shoes, women's handbags Fake Burberry Handbags and small leather goods under the 'cK Calvin Klein' label beginning with Spring 2004.
The CK 21 license also includes freestanding 'cK Calvin Klein' stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and China -- and shop-in-shops in those markets plus Korea, Taiwan and the Philippines. CK 21 will continue to operate a 'Calvin Klein Collection' freestanding store in Singapore.
